We work with a network of trusted local and national distributors to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

Deliveries are made across Australia, Monday to Friday during standard business hours.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Private/Locked Bags, and at this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery fee’s are automatically added to checkout, bulky items and remote locations may incur additional fees.

For orders related to new centre fit-outs or room refurbishments, separate delivery charges will apply. Your Education Consultant will provide details of these fees during your consultation.

Delivery and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

Anyone accepting delivery at the nominated address is deemed authorised by you to receive the order. If no one is available, we may reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply) or, with your approval, leave the goods at the premises.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery times for Australian Capital Cities will be within 1-10 business days. Regional and remote locations may be longer.

We aim to dispatch your order withing 48 hours of being placed. All delivery or consignment dates provided are estimates only. The delivery time depends on your location and carrier.

Checking Your Order

Please check your goods against your order.

Any claims or discrepancies must be lodged within 7 working days of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Claims Policy.
